Isabel Piñero, our Case Administrator, will handle all scheduling, confirmation of hearings and billing in order to save time and effort for the parties, litigants, attorneys, insurance representatives and staff.

Isabel is available to answer questions regarding convening the ADR process. She will assist you in selecting the right mediator depending on the particular requirements of your case.

If the other party or parties are hesitant to participate in mediation, or have specific questions, Isabel will be able to speak with them and discuss their concerns as the neutral case administrator.
